Carpet tile prices in Kenya typically range from KES 550–2,500 per sqm depending on pile type, quality grade and brand. Standard commercial loop pile tiles start from around KES 550/sqm, while premium cut pile or designer tiles can reach KES 2,500/sqm or more. Installation labour is charged separately at approximately KES 150–300/sqm. We provide free, detailed quotations after measuring your space.

Carpet tiles come in modular squares (usually 50×50cm) that are individually laid and can be replaced one at a time. Wall-to-wall broadloom carpet comes in rolls and is installed as a continuous sheet. Carpet tiles are better for offices because they give easy access to subfloor cables, allow damaged sections to be replaced cheaply, and can be re-laid in new layouts. Broadloom is softer and better for homes or hotel rooms.

A standard 200–400 sqm office floor can typically be tiled in 1–2 days. Larger floors or those requiring subfloor preparation (levelling, moisture-proofing) may take 3–4 days. We work efficiently to minimise disruption and can work in phases or out of office hours where required across Kenya.

Carpet tiles can be laid on concrete screed, existing tiles, timber subfloors and raised access floors. The subfloor must be clean, flat and dry. We assess your subfloor during the free site visit and advise on any necessary preparation works — including levelling compounds or moisture barriers — before laying begins.

Commercial carpet tiles are designed for easy maintenance. Daily vacuuming removes surface dust and debris. Spot stains should be blotted immediately with clean water and a mild detergent.
