A specialist medical practice opening in Karen required a full interior fitout that balanced the strict clinical performance requirements of a healthcare environment with the premium patient experience expectations of their practice area. Moisture resistance, acoustic performance between consultation rooms, and ease of cleaning were the three primary requirements across all clinical spaces. The project also demanded anti-bacterial paint finishes, welded vinyl flooring seams to prevent microbial harbouring, and careful coordination with the practice's clinical equipment providers.
