Our largest single project to date — the expansion of a multinational corporation's Nairobi headquarters across four full floors of a Grade A tower in Westlands. The client required a seamless brand-aligned environment capable of accommodating 400 staff across hot-desking, collaboration, private office and executive zones. Programme management and trade coordination were as central to the project as the installation itself. With multiple subcontracted trades working simultaneously across four live floors, our project management team maintained a tight programme and delivered on time and within budget.
Delivering a project of this scale on time and to this standard of quality was a significant undertaking. Interiors by Violet managed the complexity brilliantly and the finished offices are exactly what we envisioned for our Nairobi team.
